Presented as part of Cityread 2017 I enjoyed the research for this talk more than any other. You can visit the site of his house in Mortlake, and touch his garden wall; the gatehouse for Richmond Palace, which Dee visited often still stands; and in the archives of the Royal College of Physicians actually handle annotated books from his library (see my blog for details).
